Satalia
Using Knowledge Graphs to build a digital twin of the organisation
One of the leading AI companies in the UK used AtomGraph technology and services to extract and model data representing their organisation
The Problem
Satalia was working on a pilot project to automate internal management, including employee promotions and compensation. In order to do that, they needed a digital twin of their organization.
Metadata about employees, customers, processes and other entity types had to be integrated into a uniform data fabric from Satalia's internal systems as well as various cloud services they used.
Our Approach
Satalia adopted AtomGraph's Graph Exporters product to extract RDF graph data from services such as Slack, GMail, JIRA. It was automatically modeled using industry-standard vocabularies.
The ETL processes running in the customer's cloud environment streamed the output data directly into a triplestore. This allowed Satalia to rapidly apply machine learning and graph algorithms while implementing the digital twin vision.
Customer Benefits
Satalia chose Graph Exporters as an off-the-shelf solution for quick and cost-effective integration of cloud service data:
- pre-built integrations eliminated the need to build custom pipelines
- the resulting Knowledge Graph was ready to use within days
- future-proof interoperability was ensured by using standard RDF formats and vocabularies
Successful digital twin initiative contributed to Satalia's strategic growth and its following acquisition.
